Pros

Coming from a background in sales in the dental industry, i was shocked by the positive culture and the level of care each and every manager that worked with would give to each and every one of their team members. The managers bring a level of care and kindness but also have expectations that they want everyone to meet. The company is very transparent in what is expected as well as they address the concerns of each team member. If there was a mistake, they would address it and correct as well as they are prompt in their response. Even though it is remote, they do their best to instill a culture of togetherness as well as a team mentality as if we were actually in the office. Not only do they respect each other but they respect the values and opinions of each SDR. Whether you are new or old, your opinion and values matter at this company. Not only was this company built on culture but also the value of people's opinions and beliefs.

Cons

The training is tough but rewarding. Expect to be trained and quizzed. The bar is set high but if you achieve it, the sky is the limit

Pros

The benefits are solid, including stock options and unlimited PTO, though I didn't feel especially encouraged to actually use the time off. The C-suite has a clear vision for where the company is headed. Peers are genuinely good to work with, and there's a shared sense that people want to do well and want each other to succeed. It's a growing company, so the stock could carry real value over the long run if that growth holds.

Cons

Leadership at the department level was my main concern. In my experience, the management style made it hard to raise concerns or disagree without it affecting how you were viewed on the team. Direction was often unclear and expectations shifted, which made it difficult to know what success looked like. Over my time here I saw a lot of capable people leave, some by choice and some not, and the turnover lined up with those leadership gaps.
