Pros

Great Perks: 100 % coverage for medical, vision, dental Unlimited PTO Remote work Stipend to build home office $750 stipend for ongoing professional development I can only speak for my Enterprise Training Team, they were amazing. Although we worked remotely we were close knit. The team collaborated to revamp training materials. We had team building events every quarter. We would give each other feedback.

Cons

The Training team needs to improve their customer onboarding training processes. Being part of the training team we needed to collaborate with cross functional teams, like Onboarding Specialists & Project Managers to provide implementation training to new customers going through the onboarding process. The training requests would come from the OBs & PMs. OBs & PMs would request last minute training all the time having the team scattering to decide who had time to do it. The training team performed remote and in person training. Sometimes in person training requests would come in a couple of days before the training date request. For example, OBs & PMs would request in person training on March 3 to take place March 8; leaving the training scrambling to meet with the customer and prep for their training. It was wild. The training team consistently gave feedback and requests for there to be a process in place where OBs & PMs needed to request training in a timely manner. We were told that it was in the works but I didn't get to see any improvements due to me being laid off beforehand.

Pros

The benefits are solid, including stock options and unlimited PTO, though I didn't feel especially encouraged to actually use the time off. The C-suite has a clear vision for where the company is headed. Peers are genuinely good to work with, and there's a shared sense that people want to do well and want each other to succeed. It's a growing company, so the stock could carry real value over the long run if that growth holds.

Cons

Leadership at the department level was my main concern. In my experience, the management style made it hard to raise concerns or disagree without it affecting how you were viewed on the team. Direction was often unclear and expectations shifted, which made it difficult to know what success looked like. Over my time here I saw a lot of capable people leave, some by choice and some not, and the turnover lined up with those leadership gaps.
