Pros
It was a very stable place to work. The people I worked with I really liked and had a great repoire with. It is definitely a company that will give you a balance of family and work.
Cons
No real career path. No financial reward. As I looked over the the last 5 years of my W-2, it did not always got up and when it did it was by so little it did not keep up with the cost of living. The most competent is rarely the person that gets the open positions.
