1. Work life balance : I have to work from morning 10am to 8pm night almost daily. 2. If you are working in LCS department then benefits are very less compare to other departments although you are working for same organization. For example : mendix or m.o.m people would get new latest powerful laptop or internet benefits. But developer at lcs gets old used laptop with no internet benefits (it is beneficial in WFH)
