This company makes a lot of great software. There are opportunities to move up in the company, so long as you don't rock the boat.
Cons
Marketing completely defines the company's image, often in direct opposition to reality. Annual salary increases and merit-based promotions are not good. You will need to get a job offer from another company to get where you should be. The benefits are not the greatest. Endless terrible web-based training sessions.
