Pros
Industry leader and will continue to be top player if they can keep talent.
Cons
Has trouble paying commission especially at beginning of year. Gets worse every year and executive management doesn't put in the effort to fix. HR causes issues that prevent timely payments. The organization is so siloed and disjointed that a policy created by one department will cause extreme issues with another.
