It is impossible to justify HR's compensation for what she does. For protecting her employment, she organizes misandry-fueled events. Employees who participate in those events are then then rewarded with mammoth 2x increments as compared to other employees. This toxic atmosphere is a ticking time bomb, bound to explode as dedicated, diligent employees are pushed to their limits, only to be slapped in the face with unfair compensation. It's a one-way ticket to disaster as the backbone of the company, the hardworking individuals, will undoubtedly jump ship when their efforts are blatantly disregarded in favor of this absurd favoritism. This cannot and will not be sustained.
