Lack of visibilty by the management to address employee concerns like career growth and advancement, compensation etc. Also employees should be given an oppurtunity to pursue different roles in the organization like create a rotational program within the company so employees get a feel of every department. Also management should take an active role in promoting and encouraging employees to pursure higher studies in areas of the employee's interest.
