Only good for mediocre people who want 9-5 job with no variation in work you do and happy with stagnant career (labour class).
Cons
Do not join this company if you are a performer. No recognition for hard work. No salary hikes for showing results ( you will be given same increment as a mediocre). No career growth. The title increases when salary reached to that bracket not because you have shown results. You are seen as a labor.
