Pros
Good work/family balance. Benefits are good and job security is stable.
Cons
No growth opportunities, no chance for advancement. Salarie increases are flat and just manage to keep up with inflation. Most Sales and management are inconsiderate with regard to cutting into your weekend. Many times it is expected that you travel on your time which means flying out on Sunday and returning very late on Friday or Saturday morning.
