      Pros

      They pay and benefits are above average and you can find room to move around and grow with the company.

      Cons

      They are continually looking to comply with broad-based cost cutting initiatives coming from Germany - this keeps everyone on edge. Also, management consists of too many "sacred cows" who have been at the company forever and often do not appreciate new ideas.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
