Good benefits, good workers, competitive pay,safe environment to work in, good lower to middle management, lots and lots of meetings
Cons
Siemens worldwide does not take care of their older dedicated and skilled employees, including those of consistent high performance. Years of tenure equals higher pay which gets the company lnstant cash flow. I had 42 years while two other employees who were laid off had 35 years and 45 years. All highly rated employees. Money overrides loyalty. Heartless upper management.
