      Strong brand recognition. Respected global employer. Technically innovative company. Advocacy for a virtual workforce model. Employees are required to be versatile and function at a high level of performance. Creates a well rounded skill set or "tool box" for other future opportunities.

      Cons

      "Head down and do your job" culture. Sterile work environment. "Wait in line" mentality for career progression. Average compensation compared to other similar size orgs.

      Competitive pay, flex vacation/ PTO

      Cons

      Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
