      Good career opportunities. Multi-disciplinary teams working on leading edge products. Great people. Good compensation and benefits. Flexible work schedules. Good work and life balance. Management recognizes ineffeciencies and is willing to change for the better!

      Cons

      Schedules and budgets often against you. Heavy bureaucracy (although management seems to be willing to change this). Not always feeling empowered to make decisions and drive your projects.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
