Accountant Specialist - Accountant Siemens Employee Review

Siemens is a good company in general, but the finance Shared Service Center from Prague is really terrible. The wages are really slow compared to the market, therefore they have a high employee turn over and they are constantly hiring unqualified people in finance (with degrees in foreign languages, literature etc). Specialist employees with some finance degree and experience are added useless pressure (with no respect for prioritization and decision making process), are harrased and overloaded by managers. The management style in general is really terrible, promoting nepotism and jerk behaviours.
