Policy abuse, favoritism, HR is horrid, if you have a brain you get in trouble, refuse to improve process, ignore all hourly communication, force you to do unsafe things at threat of punishment, if you raise an issue to management you get fired, losing in the PG sector, lie about layoffs, promotions done through favoritism, won’t post management jobs per policy, losing millions of dollars a year because of lack of wanting to improve
