      It is a young company with opportunities to contribute for those with an entrepreneurial spirit.

      Cons

      Senior management is anemic. There is a great deal of confusion and indecisiveness regarding the company’s mission, strategy, and direction.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
