      - Merit driven working culture - Highly professional approach towards work in all areas (Engineering patents, high expertise in SAP) - Great Learning opportunities - Possible international career, if you are good at what you do - Established organization, stable career - Most managers are caring towards supervised staff

      - They need to offer performance bonus to employees at all levels. Currently bonuses are given only at manager level

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
