Pros
Good benefits and time off. Some very great people to work with and mentors
Cons
One bad manager after another. Branch manager is ran by a bully and continues to make terrible manager choices. Little support from management because most of them don’t understand the business they are put in. Moral is terrible and lots of tenure people are leaving!
