      Pros

      good pay and bright people. YOu will find that people hang in their areas for a long time and become subject matter experts.

      Cons

      German model of management. Lots of processes slow down execution of projects. Some of R&D is in Germany and most of the time the direction of a project is controlled by them.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
