      the eviroment in the company is good, and the not so many over time, the overall benefit is competitie and more

      I think the job is pretty much routin work and the daily deal with a lot of data and support the IT staff

      Pros

      Good job security, nice company vehicle, company work phone. As a site Installation Tech, I do not feel micromanaged.

      Cons

      Raises are not good, only way to get a large pay jump is maybe from a promotion. Mostly, people have had to switch branches to get larger pay increases. Company barely does any for of fun team building events due to pinching pennies. Products have poor documentation for tech work which can get very frustrating.
