      Pros

      Good Salary Good Employees One of the few companies in Delhi region that work in MDM and smart grid.

      Cons

      Core employees are highly unsatisfied. Local Management is highly biased towards his friends and referrals. Don't have enough work for us and most of the employees are getting bore. Performance evaluation is based on your relation with manager not based on your achievements. Management behavior is very rude.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
