Bias management, old technology (nobody use in industry), groupism, No Canteen, No Processes. New People joined from other company and making groupism and favoring to join their ex colleague. Managers are never upgraded and not competent enough to handle customer. Boss / client is always right mentality. No freedom to raise your voice. No scope for innovation. Execution team is frustrated since no recognition from client. No processes and even management is forecasting to set industry 4.0 standard If you join this company you will be lagging your career in terms of technology and skills. Europe client is micromanaging team, asking report for every single second following useless outdated dashboard and management practices. This is weak matrix organization, and sponsor is managing team hence no scope of leadership. Hardly 2-3 Hr people are managing 300+ resources. They never exhibit good HR practices. 90% of the trainings are psychology theory based and not industry based.
