Siemens brought in management who know nothing about the steam product line formerly manufactured in wellsville, new york and Burlington, iowa. The inept manager then promoted recent college grads with one year of experience over workers with 15 years experience in the steam product line. Obviously with no understanding of the product line, customer service is tanking and errors are racking up. At this rate, siemens will shut down steam, if not the whole olean, ny facility and ship manufacturing to Mexico or china very soon.
