      work from home flexibility, large company with potential for a variety of opportunities

      Cons

      Poorly managed, disconnected from majority of the staff. Bad culture of pushing for results but not engaging the employees. No compassion when life events happen, resources in place but not used by staff. Easily pigeon holed in your role, tough to openly discuss wanting different opportunities.

      Cons

      Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
