      Good facilities, all the equipement and back up you require for your work, pleasant working environment with a good canteen

      Cons

      They want robots and its like George Orwells 1984 and Big Brother. The management are naturally arrogant in their view of projects as they believe their products and their way of doing thnigs is the only way

      Pros

      Good job security, nice company vehicle, company work phone. As a site Installation Tech, I do not feel micromanaged.

      Cons

      Raises are not good, only way to get a large pay jump is maybe from a promotion. Mostly, people have had to switch branches to get larger pay increases. Company barely does any for of fun team building events due to pinching pennies. Products have poor documentation for tech work which can get very frustrating.
