I am thankful for the experience. 10 % of the people I met were genuine the other 90 % I would say was in the "COOL GROUP" who could not be trusted.
Cons
Low salary, Glass ceiling , There is an inner circle of selected individuals who can do no wrong. When you try to apply for other Jobs the powers that be will try to say negative things in regards to your character. If there is a Human resource issue MGMT will side with the customer and go against their own employee. The inner circle will bully ,Isolate and sabotage outsiders. By your 2nd year you will know if you are in the inner circle if not you will not last with the company, you will be gone before your 5th year anniversary.
