Pros

Some flexibility when it comes to working hours Hybrid home/office working Fairly good benefits, in line with industry standard Good Holiday allowance Good Pension scheme Private Healthcare

Cons

Annual Pay rises always below inflation level effectively penalising loyal employees who stay longer than couple of years Business likes to pretend they want to develop people so they started enforcing compulsory learning hours which are useless and just a tick box exercises which everyone completes under a threat of bonuses being cut. No collaboration between departments and poor communication. No recognition for taking on extra work. If you show willingness to take on extra thing you will become a long term solution to their poor resource planning issues.

Pros

A lot of nice and helpful people as well as good mentors that care about your success and solid pay.

Cons

No major cons, things will vary depending on the team you’re on though.

Pros

Competitive pay, flex vacation/ PTO

Cons

Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
