I recently had the opportunity to work at Siemens for a probationary period, and I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. While I had high hopes for a fruitful and fulfilling career with the company, my time there was marred by a lack of support and unfair treatment. During the six-month probationary period, I faced numerous challenges. Despite my eagerness to contribute and take on responsibilities, I was consistently given minimal tasks and, at times, none at all.
