No value of hard work, most projects are poor, pathetic cafeteria, rude reception staff, too much office politics, too much expectations from employees Vice presidents hired from altair are the biggest gossip mongers, they just gossip whole day, demoralize employees who work under them, ask others to become people pleasers and social acceptance seekers. They even use abusive slang sometimes. Unrealistic expectations and unorganized teams
