Pros
Flexible working time - You don't need to start working 8:00-17:00, Company has timesheet system (let say 160 hrs/month, 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day), you can manage to start at anytime and spent more or less in a day. just fulfilled timesheet to 160. Remote work - You can work from home at your ease, as long as you can handle your task.
Cons
Timesheet system - apart from pros that you able to flexible your working time, it is problem as well. every work packages give you a limit hour to book in timesheet. If you spend more than limit, you have 2 choice 1.request for more pool 2.booking on non-productive.
