Great company, UK offices suffer from poor management, losing money - Scrum Master/Agile Coach Siemens Mobility Employee Review

Old-fashioned management, slow to adapt & reluctant to change, won't invest adequately in new lines of business, can't figure out how to create revenue in the current environment. Lots of senior people & long-time staff have left or are leaving, the UK offices going into austerity mode. Medium & long-term financial stability seems in doubt. Elsewhere Siemens is highly profitable & investing, innovative. Just not in the UK HQ.
