Last years we had Home office 4 days/week, now they changed it to 3 days/week because of savings. Salaries in Ostrava are less than in Prague, we could even have the same team leader, it makes no sense for me, because we do the same job, And nobody asks your opinion, you should be very quite and agree with everything.
