Pros
Comp and benefits are above market. With the stock price more than doubling this year, there are a lot of people who are staying put because of the comp. The company is also taking a lot of strides to improve diversity. Their head of diversity is an amazing, charismatic leader, and is genuinely taking steps to improve diversity in tech, but there's a long way to go.
Cons
Despite the push for diversity at the company level, there are still managers who are biased, consciously or unconsciously. Until the company roots out these bad managers, the micro-aggression exhibited by these individuals will continue to fester in an environment where diversity is hit or miss, and the people of color will continue to suffer in silence or leave.
