      If working remote is a pro then there ya go

      Cons

      Lets start with the Narcissistic CEO. Not only is he NOT qualified, hes unhinged and does nothing for this workforce. You will not be valued here but you will be belittled and ridiculed from mid level managers. The amount of nepotism runs rampant. 20% of the workforce WAS JUST LAID OFF weeks after the CEO just purchased a multi million dollar home. YOU do the math

      - most people are kind and nice to work with - good food and benefits - decent pay

      Cons

      - egos and competition depending on team due to performance structure - low bar for talent in some functions like product and design - incompetent leadership
