      Culture is terrible. Don't get fooled by "Kind, Smart and Creative". None of them is true. It is extremely hard to get a promotion. Career development is very limited Questionable leadership.

      Relatively good opportunities for those who just starting their career and want to try big tech (kinda big)

      Cons

      The code is outdated. Building the app won't give you experience that you can fully use outside of the Snapchat. So much homemade tools and solution that doesn't provide best experience and doesn't simplify your life. Often perf reviews are a burden.
