      Work life balance and amazing lower management.

      Cons

      Executive level management Company that used to at least somewhat focus on quality over numbers now obessing over higher ans higher numbers. Instead of improving marketing and sales pipeline, the company thinks they are in the phase of cutting costs at the sake of quality to boost numbers. Beware

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
