      The paychecks did not bounce.

      A bunch of young kids that think what they make is good money. Even the leadership was very young and inexperienced.

      Pros

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
