      Pros

      For a short term or in between career this is fine. Also good to know how MDM software works in a packaged environment.

      Cons

      Directionless and absolutely disorganized. Never even defined the job description I was hired for. 25% or new hire leave within 6 months of hiring. Not a good place to work or grow unless one is desperate.

      Pros

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
