Pros
remote work - that's it. The best this company can offer is that because of the pandemic, we can all work remotely now. (like every other employer out there)
Cons
Egos in management, zero communication, no new ideas are acceptable, Your never allowed to think or do anything outside the menial tasks assigned to you by people who know nothing about the products. The new CEO only revamped the old CEO's ridiculous 'vision' for the company and it is not possible to achieve. Lots of talk no action.
