Internally, more collaborative than other big CROs - resources are readily shared within business units. Not as siloed as other contract companies. Leveling up depends where you sit and can determine how visible or invisible you can be to future opportunities. Opportunities to bring field leadership insight to improve internal processes are appreciated. Leadership is reasonable and approachable, but must prove your value first.
Cons
Administrative roles are being moved out of the US to save costs, but it is affecting operational efficiency. Roles are structured on a client's need at the moment. Job security after your project is done depends on the business pipeline. Timing can make or break your next Syneos Health contract gig.
