Not much left for pros after merger

Not a merger but a take over. InVentiv cared about employees and INC doesn’t care what was successful but stuck in old ways of how they did thing. Most of the good leaders have left or were pushed out. They don’t listen to what was working but just very reactive instead of proactive. Leadership is horrible and conniving. People are scared to speak up having target put on backs. HR is clueless. If they knew what was being said or done at department level they would be surprised. Or do they? People are just a number and growth is only looked at to benefit management at times of need.
