      Not much I could tell.

      Cons

      No bonus, Low salary, yearly raise is approx 20$. No equal promotion opportunities. Often changes in management leadership. Heavy workload, after annual leaves you get drowning in accumulated work.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
