      Deep in life sciences, the firm hires smart people, the firm is building its new brand in the market, good place to learn and grow

      Cons

      work life balance, high quantum of work, organizational processes are weak given the recent mergers, internal communication (especially HR) is weak, leadership not very approachable/people connect is weak

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
