Everything changed negatively since the merger - Project Leader Syneos Health Employee Review

When INC and InVentiv Health merged in 2017 everything started to change negatively and rapidly. The work was not assigned fairly as the legacy InVentiv were not used to work at the same paste as INC. The pressure got worse, too many assignments for a single employee which resulted in people being connected at crazy hours and working on weekends and during PTO has become "normal". In 2018 the evaluations were downgraded for everyone so we would just "achieve expectations" although we would be in the range "exceeded expectations". The top came early 2019 when they announced to discuss our contracts with a possible decrease in number or PTOs and RTTs (French office)
