      Great colleagues, very smart people, good market proportion

      Cons

      Decision making too slow and too centralised. Lack of global mindset. Reward structures don't work. Lack of empathy throughout organisation. One size doesn't fit all for complex diverse business.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
