      as the company is getting bigger it has lost the "team" spirit. Making any changes it may take a long time as there are too many layers of executives to approve changes.

      The individual groups have great people, and in the past they have been great for promoting from within.

      Cons

      Over the past few years the company has been struggling and laying people off quite regularly. It leaves the working environment in a very negative space.
