      Syneos really looks out for their employees. Of course it’s always busy but the line managers constantly check in to make sure you’re not getting overwhelmed.

      Cons

      Lots of CRA team turnover which impacts the momentum of the enrollment and site motivation.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      The individual groups have great people, and in the past they have been great for promoting from within.

      Cons

      Over the past few years the company has been struggling and laying people off quite regularly. It leaves the working environment in a very negative space.
