* Yes man CRO. Whatever the Sponsor says go. No support to push back from management Finance Management System: Duplication of effort in 2 systems that don't talk to each other * Contractors assigned to projects that just collect checks and don't do work which makes work/life balance a challenge. * Resourcing Challenges: You will have to do work that is not in your job description * New Process Roll outs are not streamlined or communicated effectively * Resourcing is only managed by the Director level and above so if you're managing projects, you wont get to see reports without a request that takes days * IT Help desk always backlogged * No SMEs available or points of contract for help * Employee Resource Groups or Diversity is not heavily promoted. Hardly see this activity on the Intranet
