      If you need quick employment , experience in new area and do not care about what may happen with your position long term .. go for it

      Filled with False Promises , Unprofessional , Unethical, hard to believe the way they conduct business / financially “compensate” (or LACK there of ) their employees is even legal

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
